Executive Intelligence

One transformation picture. Every leader sees what matters to them.

The same evidence-backed transformation picture becomes a focused readout for each leadership role, showing what changed, what matters, and where attention is needed.

One shared measurement underneath. No separate scores, no separate assessments.

In one sentence: Transformics Executive Intelligence turns the same evidence-backed transformation measurement into role-specific views for leaders, showing current state, change, evidence and areas requiring attention.

Four executive lenses

One measurement, four decision lenses.

Each leader starts from the question they are accountable for. The data underneath is the same.

One measurement

The TPI, its four pillars and the evidence behind them, shared by every lens.

  • CEO

What changed, and where should the board focus?

Headline movement, the pillar driving it, the top risks and where to focus next quarter.

  • CHRO

Is the organization ready to adopt and work with AI?

AI literacy, future skills and readiness across functions. Aggregate results only.

    Not for individual performance evaluation.

  • CIO

Are AI systems, engineering and data capabilities actually progressing?

Production readiness, data infrastructure and governance status, with source disagreements flagged.

  • BU Head

Is AI creating value in the business unit?

Use cases in reach, adoption barriers and team readiness for one business unit.

How scores and narratives are built

Beyond the readout

From reading the number to acting on it.

TPI tells you where the transformation stands.

Executive Intelligence tells each leader what matters.

The Transformation Agent helps determine what to investigate and what to do next.

  1. TPI

    Where the transformation stands.

  2. Executive Intelligence

    What matters to each leader.

  3. Transformation Agent

What to investigate and what to do next.

  4. Governed Action

A prepared move, approved by a person.

The Agent works from the same measurement and evidence. It prepares a next move for a person to approve, and it never changes a score.

Differentiation

More than AI-generated reporting.

What makes it different is continuity, evidence, role relevance and governance, not the fact that AI writes the summary.

Traditional reporting

  1. Dashboard
  2. Deck
  3. Meeting
  4. Starts again

Each quarter is rebuilt from scratch.

Transformics Executive Intelligence

  1. Measurement
  2. Evidence
  3. Role-specific interpretation
  4. Longitudinal comparison
  5. Next move

The same instrument each quarter, so every readout builds on the last one.

Questions about Executive Intelligence

What is Executive Intelligence?

Transformics Executive Intelligence turns the same evidence-backed transformation measurement into role-specific views for leaders, showing current state, change, evidence and areas requiring attention. It is part of Measure and included in every Transformics plan.

How does Transformics generate executive views?

Each view starts from the same assessment results: the TPI, pillar and module scores, quarter-over-quarter movement and the evidence behind them. A role template sets which topics come first for that leader, and an AI model writes the narrative within that frame. The scores themselves are calculated, not written by AI.

Are CEO, CIO and BU Head views based on different data?

No. All four views read the same measurement of the organization or business unit being assessed. They differ in emphasis and order, never in data or score.

Can executives see how a score changed?

Yes. Quarter-over-quarter movement is shown for the TPI and each pillar on the same instrument. When a comparison crosses a methodology version a comparability note appears, and comparisons across major versions are not presented as like for like.

How are AI-generated narratives labelled?

Every AI-generated narrative carries an AI-generated label with a link explaining how it is produced, and the board pack includes an intended-use and methodology page.

Can an executive narrative be traced back to evidence?

Yes. The narrative sits next to the scores it describes, and each score shows its coverage, uncertainty and source types (survey, documents, telemetry) and links to the evidence and the methodology behind it.

Can CHRO views identify individual employees?

No. CHRO and other people-related views show aggregate organizational results only; individual respondents are never shown. They carry a notice that they are not for individual performance evaluation, in the product and in the board pack.

Does Executive Intelligence change the TPI score?

No. Executive views read scores that are already calculated. Nothing in a view or its narrative feeds back into the TPI, its weights or the methodology.

How does Executive Intelligence connect to the Transformation Agent?

Executive Intelligence tells each leader what matters. The Transformation Agent works from the same measurement and evidence to surface what needs attention, investigate a gap and prepare a next move for a person to approve. Neither changes a score.
